Shipping policy

Everything is printed by me and my team in my home studio. We take 2-5 days to print your item and an additional 1-3 days for the item to arrive to you. If you wish to rush your order please contact us and we can see what we can do - an additional fee may apply.

If your item is damaged in transit please email me at sarahynesdesigns@gmail.com with a photo of the damaged item, the packaging it came in and your requested action i.e. replace item or refund. Sara Hynes Designs may ask for additional assistance in filing claims with the post office.
